TPTP (Thailand Property Trading Platform) officially launched on September 5, 2026, holding its first offline event, the TPTP Empowerment Summit, in Pattaya. The platform was founded by Nan Wang, who also leads BigHousekeeper, a Bangkok- and Pattaya-based property services company, according to the launch announcement distributed via PR Newswire.
TPTP describes itself as a partnership and transaction platform for property agents, channel partners and owners in Thailand. The company says it was built to address what it calls a core problem in the industry: listings, customers, agents and channels stuck in disconnected information silos, where some hold clients but cannot find matching listings while others hold inventory but cannot reach the right buyers. TPTP says its platform is built around five capabilities — verified and transparent listings, disclosed pricing and commissions, AI-assisted matching between agents and properties, agent training and support, and post-transaction property management.
According to the announcement, TPTP’s listing pool has reached “ten-thousand-unit scale” across Bangkok and Pattaya, supported by a bilingual service team. BigHousekeeper is named as TPTP’s strategic partner for property sourcing and local services; going forward, the company says BigHousekeeper will sit under a BigHousekeeper Group while TPTP sits under a newly formed PTP Group, which it describes as uniting the two businesses “in a stronger alliance.” The release states that founder Nan Wang has more than 26 years of experience in international property and lifestyle services.
TPTP says the September 5 summit in Pattaya is the first in an ongoing series of events across Thailand aimed at agents, property owners and channel partners. Its stated roadmap centers on a tiered partnership structure for agents, owners and channel partners; the company describes capital-market collaboration as a long-term goal rather than a near-term commitment.
