Stanley Martin Homes, a US homebuilder owned by Japan’s Daiwa House, has agreed to acquire Florida-based Holiday Builders.
The companies announced the agreement on 16 July 2026. The purchase price was not disclosed, and the transaction was expected to close in late July.
Holiday Builders delivered approximately 1,050 homes in 2025, operated in more than 40 communities and controlled about 10,600 lots, according to the announcement.
The deal would expand Stanley Martin’s footprint in US residential development, but it remained pending when announced. The acquisition should not be described as completed until a later closing statement is verified.
