Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada ran three consecutive Express Entry invitation rounds from 20 to 22 July 2026, covering the Provincial Nominee Program, Canadian Experience Class and candidates with French-language proficiency.
Round 427 took place on 20 July for the Provincial Nominee Program. IRCC issued 511 invitations to apply, and the lowest-ranked invited candidate had a Comprehensive Ranking System score of 744.
Round 428 followed on 21 July for the Canadian Experience Class. It issued 2,000 invitations, with a lowest invited CRS score of 516.
The official table then recorded round 429 on 22 July for French-language proficiency. IRCC issued 5,000 invitations in that round, and the lowest invited CRS score was 399.
These cut-offs belong to different program-specific or category-based rounds. They should not be read as if PNP, CEC and French-language candidates were competing in one common round.
IRCC says program-specific rounds invite eligible candidates in the named program. When candidates are tied at the cut-off score, the profile submission date and time determine who is invited. The exact tie-break timestamps for rounds 427 and 428 were not captured in the verified source pack and are therefore omitted here.
