CV Group of Companies has appointed CBRE Thailand to provide property management and retail development consultancy for NEXUS, the flagship precinct within the Synthesis Ark Phuket mixed-use development. CBRE will also continue as hotel advisor to the project, bringing three specialist teams into the development process.
Three Specialist Teams Work From the Development Stage
According to CBRE, its property management team will establish operating frameworks, service standards and performance management practices for NEXUS. The team will also support the transition from development through handover and into day-to-day operations.
CBRE’s retail team will shape the retail concept, commercial positioning and market direction from the early planning stage. Its continuing hotel advisory role is intended to align the project’s hotel, retail and property management plans before launch.
Synthesis Ark Phuket Spans 491 Rai and Is Valued at Over THB 50 Billion
CBRE describes Synthesis Ark Phuket as a 491-rai mixed-use development in Si Sunthon, Thalang, valued at over THB 50 billion. The development brings together office, retail, wellness, hotel and residential components, with NEXUS positioned as its flagship precinct and commercial anchor.
NEXUS Targets a December 2026 Launch
CBRE says its retail team will build the commercial framework and market positioning ahead of the launch, with the goal of establishing NEXUS as a landmark retail destination in Phuket.
